In Whitney’s Own Words…
I believe the strongest organizations and communities are those that intentionally create opportunities for people to participate, contribute, and belong.
Throughout my career, I've been drawn to work that sits at the intersection of people, systems, and community. Whether supporting governing boards, developing leaders, building workforce opportunities, advancing accessibility, or strengthening organizations, I'm most energized by helping people navigate complexity and create meaningful change together.
My professional perspective is shaped by a unique combination of executive leadership, governance experience, education, community engagement, and lived experience. Those influences continually reinforce my belief that sustainable impact comes from building systems that work for more people, not just solving individual challenges as they arise.
Today, I live, work, and raise my family in Austin, Texas. When I'm not immersed in organizational strategy, community initiatives, or mentoring emerging leaders, you'll usually find me with coffee in hand, exploring ideas over sushi, or finding a way to work a musical theatre lyric into everyday conversation.
